E² Deal Match™ · by E² Exits™

Better matches. Faster to the closing table.

E² Deal Match™ turns verified buyer criteria into actionable buyer intelligence. Every listing is actively matched against buyers looking for businesses that fit their acquisition goals, giving sellers more relevant interest, buyers better opportunities, and brokers stronger conversations to move toward closing.

Verified buyers Buyer criteria analyzed Listings actively matched Broker reviewed

Most marketplaces determine fit after the buyer finds the listing. E² Deal Match™ determines fit before the introduction.

Three ways in, one standard of fit.

E² Deal Match™ connects qualified buyers with businesses that fit their criteria, guided by experienced brokers from introduction toward closing.

What we do

Every listing backed by buyer intelligence.

Most business brokers publish a listing to the major marketplaces and wait for inquiries. E² Deal Match™ puts market intelligence to work behind every listing.

Our intelligent matching engine compares each business against verified buyer criteria, including industry, geography, financing, timeline, acquisition goals, and deal-breakers, to identify the buyers most likely to fit.

An experienced broker reviews the strongest matches, makes the introduction, and keeps the transaction moving toward closing.

We do not just create exposure. We create buyer matches built to move deals forward.

A business being evaluated against buyer criteria
The seller promise

Before we bring you a buyer, we already know what they are looking for.

When you list with E² Deal Match™, you are not starting with anonymous inquiries and figuring out later whether the buyer is serious. Every matched buyer has told us exactly what they are looking for and been reviewed by a broker. We know their acquisition criteria, financing approach, timeline, intended role, and deal-breakers before your broker makes the introduction.

That means the first conversation starts further down the road.

  • Buyers may already be looking for a business like yours
  • Your identity stays with your broker unless you and your broker decide together to market more widely
  • Fewer unqualified inquiries, more conversations with buyers who fit
  • Every introduction is broker-reviewed and NDA-first

How it works

The fit starts before the introduction.

1

Buyers tell us what they are looking for

We capture what they want to acquire, where, how they will finance it, their timeline, experience, role after closing, and deal-breakers. A broker verifies the buyer before they enter the matched pool.

2

Sellers list with a broker member of E² Deal Match™

The business is structured around the information that matters to an acquisition, not simply posted and left for someone to discover.

3

The technology surfaces the strongest matches

Buyer criteria are compared against seller opportunities. Structured information on both sides lets E² Deal Match™ evaluate real fit, not keyword searches or chance discovery.

4

A broker validates the match and moves it forward

The technology finds the alignment. The broker reviews it, controls the introduction, handles confidentiality, and moves qualified conversations toward a transaction.

A deal being worked through to close

E² Deal Match™ finds the fit. Brokers move the deal.

For sellers

List with buyers already looking for what you are selling.

Most owners wait until they have decided to sell to find out whether anyone wants to buy. E² Deal Match™ reverses that. When you list, your business is compared against qualified buyer criteria from the start, and your broker brings forward the buyers with a genuine reason to consider it.

  • We may already know buyers looking for a business like yours
  • Your identity stays with your broker unless you and your broker decide together to market more widely
  • Compared against verified buyer criteria from the start, not left waiting on exposure alone
  • Every introduction goes through your broker and an NDA first
  • You and your broker choose the strategy, which may include a wider listing

Listing does not create a brokerage relationship until a written representation agreement is in place with your broker.

A buyer reviewing an off-market opportunity
For buyers

Tell us what you want to buy. We will find the fit.

The marketplaces show you what every other buyer already sees. Share what you are looking for once, and your criteria are matched against businesses across the network, including businesses that may never reach the public market. When a strong fit appears, a broker reviews it and brings the opportunity to you.

  • Share what you are looking for once: industry, size, geography, financing, timeline, role, deal-breakers
  • Verified buyers only, so sellers take the introduction seriously
  • Matches arrive with a broker attached and an NDA ready
  • Your identity stays with your broker until a match is approved and you say yes

Submitting your criteria is a request. Matching begins after a broker verifies you and a written agreement is in place.

Brokers

Brokers apply to join. We are selective on purpose.

E² Deal Match™ is a curated network, and the bar to be in it is real, because brokers hand each other live client relationships. We work with a limited group of licensed business brokers, and we are accepting applications.

Every deal needs a lender, a CPA, an attorney, and a half dozen specialists besides.

When a deal needs financing, clean books, or paperwork, a broker reaches for those specialists inside E² Deal Match™, at the stage of the deal where they are needed. If that is you, the directory is how a broker finds you instead of someone else.

Questions

Straight answers, present tense.

How do you know a buyer actually fits?

Every buyer tells us exactly what they want to acquire: industry, geography, deal size, financing, timeline, role after closing, and deal-breakers. The technology matches that criteria against seller opportunities, which is why we can determine fit before an introduction.

Is my business listed anywhere when I list with E² Deal Match™?

Your business is compared against buyer criteria privately, and details are shared only with a broker-reviewed, NDA-first introduction when there is genuine fit. You and your broker choose the strategy from there, which may include a wider listing.

Who does the matching, and who does the deal?

The technology surfaces the strongest fits from structured criteria on both sides. A licensed broker reviews every match, controls the introduction, and carries the deal to closing. E² Deal Match™ finds the fit; brokers move the deal.

How are buyers verified?

By a broker, after they submit their criteria: identity, criteria, and capacity to close. Unverified buyers are not matched.

Does E² Deal Match™ charge sellers or buyers?

No. Any brokerage fee is set in your written agreement with your broker; the platform does not set or share it.
